Before your outdoor space can take shape, one of our landscape architects will meet with you to discuss your vision, budget and design requirements. This is when we ask the important questions and listen attentively to your answers – using every last detail to move forward with a precise and efficient design/build plan.
There is a $10,000 minimum on all projects.
Based on the scope of the project, we prepare a written document outlining the specifics to be accomplished throughout the design process, as well as the design fees and small deposit required. Once signed, our landscape architect will revisit the site to get necessary details such as dimensions of existing structures, water meter locations, gas meter, etc.
There is a $1,000 minimum on all design proposals.
With your vision, lifestyle and design needs driving our ideation, we will develop one or two preliminary landscape layouts for the site. Once you have reviewed the plans and quotes with the landscape architect, we will make any necessary revisions to ensure all requirements and expectations are met.
The landscape architect will present the final design plan that includes a detailed planting plan, landscape quotes, a plant and material list, and other specifications for the project.
